Welcome back! We hope everyone had a safe and relaxing summer. Our small but mighty design team has been hard at work creating some engaging and informative sessions over the coming months. And….we are soon to rebrand!
We found ourselves, time and time again, explaining the purpose of a “users group”. It wasn’t clear. We decided to rebrand the name of our group to better align with our purpose.
Our Purpose: We are a learning collective that exists to enhance our collective capacity, build confidence and fluency with Liberating Structures, and mentor each other in a trusting, playful, collaborative environment.
Our new name, “Liberating Structures Unleashed – Vancouver”, aligns to our purpose to help more people use Liberating Structures to:
- Shift the mindsets of how we come together to share experience, insights and ideas;
- Create safety and trust in working environments – where everyone feels they belong and are heard; and
- Build engagement to get work done productively while fostering creativity and innovation.
